Two more suspects were arrested on suspicion of murder in the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy at a Greenwood Village Regional Transportation District station in February, according to the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.

Kaleb Witt, 18, was arrested on March 7 and a 17-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday, Greenwood Village police said in a news release.

A third suspect, a juvenile male, was arrested Feb. 27 on suspicion of murder, assault and robbery in the fatal shooting at RTD’s Dayton Station.

Witt is charged with second-degree murder, aggravated robbery and three counts of menacing, all felonies, in the Feb. 11 shooting at the station near Interstate 225 and South Dallas Street.

The 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and three counts of menacing, all felonies, according to the DA’s office.

Police responded to reports of gunshots at the RTD station just before 3:15 p.m. and found a 17-year-old boy had been shot and another victim with injuries from “an apparent assault,” officials said in a news release.

Both victims were taken to the hospital and the 17-year-old later died form his injuries.

Witt is set to appear in court on April 10 and the other teen suspect is set to appear Monday for a filing of charges hearing.
