We are looking for a talented and dedicated Virtual Assistant based in Africa to assist in expanding our brand's presence and reach across the continent. This role will also support establishing the personal brand of our founder as a mentor and leader in the natural beauty industry. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing brand strategies tailored to the African market to increase OKOKO's brand awareness. - Manage social media accounts and engage with our African audience to build a strong online presence. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key influencers. - Coordinate with local influencers and collaborators to create impactful collaborations. - Handle customer inquiries and support in a timely and professional manner. - Assist in organizing and promoting webinars and virtual events focused on mentorship and brand development. - Help establish the founder's personal brand in the African market to attract new leads and potential collaborations. - Support the creation of content for social media, video clips, posts, podcasts, and promotional materials. - Assist in building a community of entrepreneurs and skincare enthusiasts interested in OKOKO's products and mentorship services. - Provide administrative support as needed. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably with a focus on brand development and marketing. - Strong understanding of the African market and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Passion for beauty, skincare, and entrepreneurship is a plus. - Experience with webinar and event organization is a plus.
