AVALANCHE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM TUESDAY UNTIL 5 PM TUESDAY *WHAT Dangerous avalanche conditions develop on Tuesday morning and last through the day. Expect the Avalanche Danger to rise to HIGH (Level 4 of 5). *WHERE Elk Mountains. *WHEN Expect very dangerous avalanche conditions to begin on Tuesday morning by about 8:00 AM and last until 5:00 PM. *IMPACTS High snowfall rates and strong winds will create dangerous avalanche conditions by Tuesday morning.
