Documentation: Record any significant incidents or unresolved issues during your shift to be handed over to the supervisor. Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review all messages received during your shift, seeking clarification when necessary, and ensuring no query is ignored. Order Processing: Handle customer orders efficiently and contribute to the company's sales objectives. Qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages. Experience in customer service, preferably in an educational or consulting environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
