We are seeking 2 motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinators to join our team and help us continue our commitment to client success. Position Overview: The Account Coordinators will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. This position involves managing various administrative tasks, assisting with client communications, and coordinating project activities to ensure the smooth execution of client accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Support: Creation & Management of Client 3D Tours. Handle day-to-day client communication and inquiries. Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for client projects. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management & clients. Administrative Tasks: Schedule and organize client meetings, conference calls, and presentations. Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes. Manage account documentation, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread client-facing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to client retention. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
