Frostbite may occur on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As of 1 AM MST, numerous observation sites across the region have reported air temperatures as low as 5 to 10 below zero and dangerously cold wind chill readings as low as 25 below zero.
