The Colorado Sun welcomes Attorney General Phil Weiser to Colorado SunFest 2025.
Phil Weiser was sworn in as Colorado’s 39th Attorney General in 2019 and is currently serving a second term.
Before running for office, Weiser served as a professor and dean of University of Colorado Law School and has held leadership positions in the Obama and Clinton administrations. Weiser served as a law clerk to Justices Byron R. White and Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the United States Supreme Court and to Judge David Ebel at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver.
He is the son and grandson of Holocaust survivors and is deeply committed to the American Dream and ensuring opportunity for all Coloradans.
