Create Multiplayer Lobby and Game Setup In UE5 For Mobile Devices - Upwork
Looking for a developer to set up a multiplayer lobby using Unreal Engine 5 and make it connectable using Epic Online Services. Ideally looking for a developer who is willing to help bring this project to life along side our other social media app that is currently under development and work at a reduced hourly rate to begin with, and be rewarded financially as the app becomes financially viable over the years to come. The game level is designed for use on mobile phones so we will need to ensure it runs smoothly when playing on a mobile device. The game level is already complete, just need to add basic control joystick overlays so that the player can move the unreal engine mannequin around the level using their mobile phone. (link removed) We will need to be able to connect to the game through an app I am currently building, which eventually will allow members of that app to connect to the game. The program is called Nite Club VR, and it will be a 3D meeting place that our members can navigate around in, interacting with objects and talking with other members in the game level. For stage one, we will need to make it connectable for up to 6 different users to enter the same game level together. For future stages, we are going to need to make it connectable for up to 64 players per game. After this stage is complete, we will then move onto character animations and design, as well as multiplayer voice chat. If you are interested in this project, please send through your proposal, and an approximate amount of hours you think it will take to complete stage 1 - to build the lobby,, add the basic joystick overlay movement controls for the UE5 mannequin and to make it all work on a mobile device.
