Customer Service and Tech Support Specialist - Upwork

We are a SaaS company that develops products for the Insurance industry.  Our clients will call in with everything from Login issues, System training issues, tech. and error issues, etc.  Looking for someone who has patience, take the initiative and is proactive not reactive.  Someone who will play the detective until the answer is rectified. We are looking for someone who can ask for assistance when needed and knows how to communicate with a team.
