Project Objective: We are looking to create a dashboard page for analyzing customer feedback, which will provide users with key insights based on the uploaded reviews. The design should be modern, clean, and intuitive. Key Elements of the Page: Header Section: Service Logo (left) Service Name Navigation Menu (right): Upload Feedback, Dashboard, Widget Settings, Reports Key Metrics Overview: Sentiment Analysis: - A pie chart showing the percentage of positive, neutral, and negative reviews - Cards displaying the absolute count of each type of review Number of Reviews: - A line graph showing the trend of the number of reviews over a selected period - A card displaying the total number of reviews and the number of new reviews for the latest period Key Themes: - A list of the top 5 most mentioned themes - A bar chart visualizing the frequency of these themes Interactive Charts and Tables: - Trend Graph of Sentiments: A line graph showing sentiment changes over time - Distribution Diagram by Categories: A bar chart or pie chart showing the distribution of reviews by key themes or categories - Keywords Table: A table displaying frequently mentioned words and phrases along with their frequencies and context Sidebar with Filters and Settings: - Date Filters: A field to select the analysis period (last week, month, quarter, year) - Category Filters: An option to select specific categories of reviews (e.g., product reviews, service reviews, etc.) - Display Settings: Options to choose different types of charts (line graph, pie chart, bar chart) and the data to be displayed Design Requirements: - Color Scheme: Modern and minimalist, preferring dark and neutral tones with accent colors for key elements - Fonts: Readable and modern style fonts. Main text and headings should be easily distinguishable - Icons and Visual Elements: Use simple icons to enhance the interface perception - Interactivity: Charts and tables should be interactive, with the ability to filter and customize displayed data - Responsive Design: The page should display well on different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) Deliverables: The final design should be provided in a Figma mockup.
