Scope of Work: Virtual assistant needed to post listings on Facebook Marketplace throughout the United States and respond to the messages that come in. All ads have been previously created by our design team and need to be copied and pasted into the valid fields on Facebook marketplace between the hours of 8AM and 8PM EST. NO FACEBOOK VIOLATIONS ALLOWED! Send proof by taking a SCREENSHOT of your "Account Quality" page found in the Meta Setting. Applicants who are not able to send a screenshot of their Account Quality on Meta will be denied. How often are our recruits needed to post on Facebook Marketplace? There is no upper limit to how often you may post. Post as many listings as you want in one day but be cautions because Facebook will restrict accounts who post too often. Send us screenshots of each listing you post as proof that you've completed the work and to paid weekly. Learn about bonuses below. PAYMENT STRUCTURE: $2.00 PER LISTING posted to FB (we need at least 30 listings posted per month, typically once-daily) and Additional $0.50 for every conversation started on Messenger as a result of the listings you post (Send customers the store address, phone #, hours of operation, etc. in a simple copy-and-paste message that you can send out on auto-pilot) This task takes 5-10 seconds per iteration, so you do the math on how much earning potential you have. BONUS: Additional $1.00 for every customer who texts or calls us because of your work. The more professional and attentive you are when dealing with these inquiries, the more likely customers will call or text us AND the more likely we will be to hire you full-time. There is no such thing as too much communication. Once hired, communication with your assigned supervisor at MarketMaster will be done via cell phone and email. Files will be shared either via Gmail or Google Drive. PROMPT RESPONSE REQUIRED FOR TEXT/PHONE COMMUNICATION. Listings with mistakes must be corrected before payment is sent. After listings are posted, all virtual assistants must send daily screenshots and links to the corresponding Marketplace ads as proof of work completed. Once this has been verified, you will receive payment once weekly on Friday between 4pm and 8pm ET. IMPORTANT:  If listings are deleted by you at any point within 6 months of posting, you will forfeit payments for those corresponding ads and may receive a chargeback for violating this important rule. Make sure to remain compliant and keep ads up on Marketplace for a minimum of 6 months. If you don't like this requirement, don't apply.
