Excel master needed - Upwork

I want to develop an Excel book as a quote-generating system for my business. Ideally, I can enter data into a spreadsheet displaying values in a different calculation spreadsheet, providing me with sums of different project parts. Specifically, I envision the following spreadsheets: 1) a DATA spreadsheet that contains several work categories, each populating a drop-down menu with a corresponding hourly AND daily rate. I will be able to change the name and rates of those categories at will. There will also 2) a CALCULATION sheet with several columns and different row sections displaying simple multiplication-type calculations. Depending on my selection, I can view different rates, such as reasons without margins over a specific number of days or hours. 3) A nice-to-have feature vs. a must-have feature would be the exporting of specific fields to a Word or PDF document. I would like to start on this right away, but I envision it will take us at least 30 minutes to an hour to discuss it with the contractor so we can design the visual outputs together and then create the formulas necessary to make this work.
