Anglers and anyone near or in the San Miguel River should use extreme caution and be on the lookout for ice and debris flowing in the river. Move away from the river and seek higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 638 PM MST, local law enforcement reported flooding within the San Miguel River between Placerville and Sawpit.
