We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with web design abilities (proficient in or willing to learn Duda), and experienced in Google Business Profile (GBP) SEO. This role is vital for enhancing our clients' online presence and boosting their search engine rankings. The ideal candidate is a proactive, goal-driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of taking initiative and responsibility. They should be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and continuously seek to improve rankings by creating and implementing strategic SEO plans. Responsibilities: • Continuously develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and drive organic traffic for our customers. • Utilize Duda for web design, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated into web development. • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve local search rankings. • Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the onboarding of new clients and SEO specialists. • Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve search rankings. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on SEO performance and strategies. • Take initiative to identify and execute new opportunities for improving SEO and client ROI. • Develop processes and checklists within the SOPs to ensure the best and fastest ROI, considering a repeatable process for determining variables such as search volume and competitiveness. • Play a key role in driving the success of our clients' businesses through effective SEO strategies. Requirements: • Proficiency in Duda or a willingness to learn. • Experience in SEO, particularly with GBP optimization. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • Goal-driven and hardworking, with a continuous improvement mindset. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in creating and managing SOPs. • Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic. • Familiarity with SEO tools and software for analysis and reporting, especially automation of such reports such as Local Falcon or G4A/Looker Studio. Job Details: • This is a full-time position with a commitment of 30+ hours per week. • Work hours may be early morning or late night to accommodate the employer based in Canada. • Weekly calls with the management team is required. • Depending on performance, you will have the ability and first right of refusal to become a team lead, managing other SEO specialists in our remote offices.
