HashTAG’s latest location, rooftop patio open downtown next week
The third brunch spot from restaurateur Troy Guard was first announced two years ago.

A rooftop patio and brunch locale is set to debut at the end of the month in downtown Denver, the latest in Troy Guard’s empire of local restaurants.
The third location of HashTAG opens April 29 at 1125 17th St., according to Guard’s TAG Restaurant Group, also responsible for Mexican restaurant Los Chingones and steakhouse Guard and Grace. Guard announced the restaurant in early 2023.
This is the largest of the three HashTAGs, occupying a 4,000-square-foot building and, unlike existing locations in the Central Park neighborhood and Highlands Ranch, is embedded among skyscrapers and tourist destinations. The rooftop access is also unique, and TAG expects to match the outdoor ambiance with energetic music and a wide array of cocktails and drinks.
HashTAG’s signature breakfast and brunch items, served daily, include massive cinnamon rolls, eggs benedicts, chilaquiles and biscuits and gravy. Starting May 2, the restaurant will offer a happy hour menu on weekdays from 3 to 7 p.m.
