* WHAT...North Northwest winds at 35 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph possible. * WHERE...Entire Tri-State area. * WHEN...From late Monday night through late Tuesday night. * IMPACTS...Dangerous travel conditions, especially on routes that run from west to east, such as Interstate 70, where cross winds will be strongest. High winds may also move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong northerly winds will develop on the western periphery of a deepening low pressure system late Monday night into Tuesday. The strongest winds with this system are expected to occur Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.
