High winds may also move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong northerly winds will develop on the western periphery of a deepening low pressure system late Monday night into Tuesday. The strongest winds with this system are expected to occur Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.
