Improving my wordpress ecommerce store/blog, mainly conversions on landing page for now - Upwork

I have a wordpress website/blog/ woocommerce store. I get next to no traffic currently, but i will start to drive via my youtube channel and in the future hopefully via organic google searches + my blog + affiliages + referals + other social media. I need a proffesional looking homepage and  high converting landing page to start with and someone i can work with over the coming year as i hopefully grow. the website is www.stopslugs.com and the landing page i need to convert is https://stopslugs.com/product/slugstand/ Please let me know what exactly you'd do to ensure it would convert better, i.e you'd like a video, or reviews, or better copywriting, or more calls to actions etc, or link me a landing page you'd copy.
