We are seeking a skilled skip tracer to perform skip tracing of industrial real estate property to find their owners in Los Angeles, CA. The task involves locating personal names, phone numbers, and home addresses of the owners of the properties. You will be provided an initial list of 250 properties. List will be comprised of the property address, city, state, zip code, etc. as well as the owners company name on file, and their company address they have on file as well. The successful candidate will have experience in skip tracing and be proficient in finding accurate ownership information. Pay is negotiable and will be set based off the quality of the initial 250. There will be 2,000 contacts in total which need to be completed ASAP. This job has the opportunity to turn in to an ongoing position and to be very lucrative as we have a constant need.
