A man has been charged with murder after the body of a woman was found in a home in Sydney’s inner west on Thursday.

Just after 11am on Thursday police were called to a house in Russell Lea by a triple-zero call from a concerned neighbour.

Inside they found the woman with significant stab wounds to her upper body, police said on Thursday.
