A missing kayaker was found dead at Lon Hagler Reservoir west of Loveland on Wednesday night, according to the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office.
The man’s family reported him missing after he did not return home from kayaking on the reservoir Tuesday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said in a post on X.
Search and rescue crews found and recovered his body Wednesday evening, the agency said at 7:41 p.m.
