We are a respected language education company that is looking to build a multilanguage learning community for students across the world. We will be starting this with 4 languages, and French is one of them. For this, we are looking for a candidate that has interest in live teaching and community leadership, and can connect not just as a teacher but as a friend with the community members. This will be paid on a monthly retainer basis. At this point in time, the community will grow slowly and organically as we haven't fully launched it, so you will only be required to create content and prepare for the launch. This will include cheat sheets, learning resources, posts for activities, and AMA/workshop content. In the future, once launched, you will take charge of the community and engage with students, host weekly AMAs and monthly workshops, and answer questions that may appear. You will be required to spend a few hours of your week doing this. The budget for the first couple of months of this job (content creation only) will be $350 per month, for the first 3 months. After launch and once the community is growing and responsibilities grow, this will be raised (to $500), and with each big milestone, there will be opportunities for your payment and responsibilities to grow, as well. The ideal candidate will understand the need of building relationships (not just knowing how to teach), and of being comfortable on camera. There are also opportunities to become our Community Lead for upcoming podcast and YouTube channels, too (the Spanish podcast and YouTube channel have been very successful), so the potential is immense.
