The National Weather Service in Goodland has cancelled the Red Flag Warning for Monday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 027 Wallace, 041 Greeley, 042 Wichita, 253 Kit Carson and 254 Cheyenne. * TIMING...From 10 AM MDT /11 AM CDT/ to 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/ Tuesday. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph on Tuesday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent on Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * Additional Details...A wind shift is forecast to occur during the late afternoon into the evening hours to the northwest where winds may increase further. Blowing dust is possible especailly across southwest portions of the area which may result in delayed repsonse to fires.
