The National Weather Service in Goodland has cancelled the Red Flag Warning for Monday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 027 Wallace, 041 Greeley, 042 Wichita, 253 Kit Carson and 254 Cheyenne. * TIMING...From 10 AM MDT /11 AM CDT/ to 8 PM MDT /9 PM CDT/ Tuesday. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph on Tuesday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent on Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * Additional Details...A wind shift is forecast to occur during the late afternoon into the evening hours to the northwest where winds may increase further.
