Job title: Inbound and Outbound Sales & Customer Service Representative Job description Santiago Immigration Law is an immigration law firm that serves undocumented immigrants in the U.S. who are trying to legalize their immigration status. We want to add Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representatives to our team.   The right candidate must be able to: - Accurately screen telephone calls before scheduling an attorney-client consultation - Monitor all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone & referrals) - Immediately contact every potential client & establish rapport with the client - Follow up with pending inquiries - Schedule appointments for potential clients - Work with the firm's attorney to complete the initial consultation process - Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to opening new cases and maintaining databases Qualifications and Requirements -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -World-class customer service skills -Positive attitude -Proven ability to meet deadlines and time management -Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks This full-time position has a comprehensive training period with no end date.  We love having team members who want to learn and grow within our organization.
