Shopify / Instagram Store setup - Upwork

I need to set up a very simple Shopify store and IG store for a brand with approximately 10 items with a few options within each. All items are food meal kits. We will have some shipping options, cut-off and lead times to deal with in setting up shipping dates for arrive by dates. So a designer needs to understand apps or how to integrate 3rd party shipping partner info into the purchase experience.
