The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer service and be effective at managing listings through HostAway Property Management System (PMS), pricelabs and breezway. The main responsibilities include 24/7 (or on demand for communications), creating listings, social media, and managing distribution channels (such as Airbnb,VRBO,Booking.com,hopper, and more) seamlessly through HostAway PMS. The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail, friendly and helpful attitude,  some technical knowledge and strong organization skills, and prior experience in the short-term rental industry and with hostaway is a must.
