Shuttle buses replace RTD E and H line stops during power outage

Shuttle buses are filling the gaps Wednesday morning after a power outage halted parts of the Regional Transportation District’s E and H line light rail services.

RTD officials announced the E and H lines were experiencing delays around 6 a.m. Wednesday morning after a power outage hit between Yale Avenue and Colorado Boulevard.

At 6:43 a.m., the E and H line light rail services were replaced with shuttle buses between the Southmoor and University stations, RTD officials said.

An estimated return time for the power and trains was not available.
