Signature detection in PDFs - Upwork

I have some PDF documents, which will have some signature areas (as well as some other fields which are required). I want to detect when these are filled out and if they're missing. If it's automatically detectable that's great, otherwise can also have some kind of tagging system where we pre-tag the type of document to look for certain positions.
