SPF Help with omnisend - Upwork

For my Domain authentication, Omnisend instructions tell me to add a specific value as a txt file on in my DNS settings for the SPF. I added it, waited 48 hours, and it did not work. I discovered I had a pre-existing SPF file with a specific value, and I have read that it can complicate things, so I tried to combine the two. It still is not working. At this point, I am too scared to delete the preexisting file, and just simply adding the value that omnisend wants me to add is not working. The error that omnisend says I have is: SPF record was not found.
