How to watch the Six Nations in the USA
All games will stream live on NBC's Peacock streaming service in the USA and it only costs $7.99 a month to access it. There's also an excellent deal running until February 18 that grants access for a whole year for just $29.99.
Be warned, though, outside the live game coverage, the 'studio' looks like two guys dialing in remotely on a pair of sub-HD laptop cameras. It's better than the Olympic rugby sevens coverage, at least, where the ads kept overrunning and missing the actual game.

How to watch Six Nations games live in the UK
ITV and the BBC share the official broadcasts for the Six Nations 2025 edition in the UK. All games will be covered, with three of them each weekend. Both services can be viewed on smart TVs, streaming sticks, consoles, laptops, and more.
How to watch Six Nations in Australia
Australian Six Nations live streams are on Stan, specifically the Sports tier, which with the required basic package underneath it, will run you AU$27 a month. If you want French commentary, there's an excellent free option available on France TV - the France 2 channel specifically. Looking at the local TV listings, it seems that every match will be covered here.

How to watch Six Nations in Italy
Despite a few initial reports stating there would be free Six Nations coverage on TV8 for the Italy games, it didn't actually show up when we checked last week.
So, it looks like there won't be any free Six Nations matches this year in Italy. But if you don't mind paying up, it'll be on the Italian version of Sky Sports.
You'll find it much cheaper to use a VPN and try one of the various free options mentioned earlier, though.
