Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially mountain passes, will become slick and hazardous making travel difficult at times. Gusty winds and wet, heavy snow could bring down tree branches.
