accumulations between 4 and 8 inches and up to 1 foot at the base
of the San Juan Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Four Corners/Upper Dolores River.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
