Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches possible. * WHERE...Cheyenne, Kit Carson, and Yuma Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 5 PM MST this afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Dangerous travel conditions associated with periods of heavy snow. Affected routes include, but are not limited to, Interstate 70 from Flagler, Colorado east to Goodland, Kansas and Highway 385 from Cheyenne Wells north to Burlington and Wray.
