* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 13 inches. Highest totals will be west of Highway 385. * WHERE...Cheyenne, Kit Carson, and Yuma Counties. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Brief whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel very dangerous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Many roadways in Colorado remained closed, especially Interstate 70. Currently, impactful snow totals are occurring over areas along/west of Highway 59.
