Highest totals will be west of Highway 385. * WHERE...Cheyenne, Kit Carson, and Yuma Counties. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Brief whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel very dangerous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Interstate 70 is now closed westbound at Goodland Kansas as of 900 AM MST. This may be pushed back further east as the day progresses.
