Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northwest San Juan Mountains and Southwest San Juan Mountains. * WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to noon MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
