Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Southwest San Juan Mountains. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
