In Kansas, Greeley, Wallace, and Wichita Counties. * WHEN...From 9 PM MDT /10 PM CDT/ this evening to noon MDT /1 PM CDT/ Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slick road conditions and poor visibilities. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Very strong winds along with the snow could cause extensive tree damage and additional stress to power lines. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a potential that heavier snowfall may develop across portions of Cheyenne county confidence in this at this time is low due to concerns on the timing of the rain to snow changeover.
