Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Northwest San Juan Mountains, Southwest San Juan Mountains, and Uncompahgre Plateau and Dallas Divide. * WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become icy to snowpacked and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
