Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Park Mountains, Flat Tops, Gore and Elk Mountains/Central Mountain Valleys, Grand and Battlement Mesas, and West Elk and Sawatch Mountains. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 5 PM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become icy to snowpacked and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
