Winds gusting as high as 70 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central Colorado, northwest and west central Kansas, and southwest Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MST /midnight CST/ this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
